I have over 15 years of experience in the care sector, Particularly working with Adults with learning disabilities. Working as a Support worker gaining promotion up through the positions to registered manager and then moving on to business development manager.
I recently decided to take a step back allowing me time to support my elderly parents, and being Office Manager fits the role ideally. I am able to provide practical support to all levels, and have a good understanding of all aspects of the care sector.
I have over ten years’ experience in the care industry. I started working in Early Years with young children and in schools. I later worked with young people with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. I also have a variety of experience with the elderly and also working in residential settings. I have formal qualifications in social care and Health and Safety

Donna has seven years’ experience as a registered care manager. Donna is a qualified learning disability nurse and has been since 2008. Donna has experience working with adults with learning disabilities and sensory impairments. Donna is fully aware and compliant with all CQC regulations and requirements.
As a qualified learning disability nurse mentor, Donna has mentored student nurses giving them an insight into supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Donna is a caring individual, who is committed to providing excellent care and leadership for all those within Haddon House.

I have been working at Haddon House since August 2014, starting initially as a Support Worker and progressing to Senior Support Worker and then recently becoming the Team Leader for Hampton unit. This is my first job working within the care sector and prior to this I studied for a degree in Education Studies through which I gained valuable voluntary experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and adults on the autistic spectrum, helping them to develop daily living and social skills.
I recently joined the team at Haddon House as Team Leader. I have over ten years' experience working in care, with adults and young people with challenging behaviour. I have a NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and I am committed to providing excellent care and support to both residents and the team at Haddon House.
